Updated June 2020
In light of the current situation in respect of Covid-19 as you might expect our care centres remain closed to visitors. We appreciate that this is an upsetting time for you; please rest assured that we are doing all we can to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during this difficult period.
We are trialling 10 minute ‘drive through’ visiting slots at both sites on two days each week. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like further information.
We have also set up a system whereby relatives and friends can request FaceTime, Skype or telephone calls with residents; if you would like to organise call with a resident, please email email@example.com or telephone 01926 427 216 and a member of the team will be in touch.
Please bear with us as we are experiencing a high volume of both telephone calls plus requests for FaceTime on a daily basis. It would help staff enormously if you would limit your calls to the following times: 11.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m., 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. or 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
We continue to issue daily updates by text message twice a week. If you are aware of an additional family member who would like to receive text messages please ask them to let us have their details via email using firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to reach us by telephone during busy periods you may wish to leave a message via email@example.com.
We appreciate that these are extremely difficult circumstances and wish to thank you for your continued understanding. We are doing all that we can and our residents remain our priority.
