In light of the current situation in respect of Covid-19 as you might expect our care centres remain closed to visitors. We appreciate that this is an upsetting time for you; please rest assured that we are doing all we can to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during this difficult period.
We have set up a system whereby relatives and friends can request FaceTime, Skype or telephone calls with residents; if you would like to organise call with a resident, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01926 427 216 and a member of the team will be in touch.
Please bear with us as we are experiencing a high volume of both telephone calls plus requests for FaceTime on a daily basis. It would help staff enormously if you would limit your calls to the following times: 11.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m., 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. or 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
We continue to issue daily updates by text message. If you are aware of an additional family member who would like to receive text messages please ask them to let us have their details via email using email@example.com.
If you are unable to reach us by telephone during busy periods you may wish to leave a message via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We appreciate that these are extremely difficult circumstances and wish to thank you for your continued understanding. We are doing all that we can and our residents remain our priority.
